2. Subject of the Service

The Service Provider offers short-term accommodation services for adult guests, intended for exclusive getaways for couples.

3. Booking Conditions

Bookings can be made online or via e-mail. A booking becomes final upon confirmation and receipt of the full payment. The accommodation requires a minimum booking of 2 nights. Bookings exceeding 2 nights are subject to individual evaluation. 

4. Payment Terms

The full amount of the booking must be paid in advance:
- by online payment or
- by bank transfer

In the absence of payment, the booking is invalid.

5. Tourist Tax (IFA)

Tourist tax (IFA) is payable separately.
Amount: 500 HUF / person / night.

6. Cancellation Terms

Bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.

For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Modifications in such cases are subject to individual evaluation.

7. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: after 15:00
Check-out: until 11:00

Guests can access the accommodation independently via a self-check-in (code lock) system.

8. Guests and Usage

The accommodation is available exclusively for adults.
Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

By completing a booking, the guest accepts the House Rules and Wellness Regulations.

9. Wellness Usage

The use of the hot tub, pool, and sauna is at the guest's own risk.

The guest assumes full responsibility for all damages resulting from improper use.

10. Liability for Damages

The Guest assumes full financial liability for all
damages caused by them or by any person admitted by them to the property.

The compensation obligation covers:
-repair costs
-replacement or renewal costs
-full equipment value (if the furnishings become unusable)
-cleaning, disinfection, water change, and servicing costs

The extent of damage may include:
– disappearance,
-cosmetic damage
-partial malfunction
-complete non-functionality
-permanent damage or destruction

The Service Provider reserves the right to determine the extent of the damage with the involvement of a professional.

The incident will be documented (with photos), and the Guest will be notified no later than 2
days after departure.

The Guest is obliged to pay the compensation amount upon demand.

11. Exclusion of Liability

The Service Provider assumes no liability for:
-guests' personal belongings
-valuables left in the parking area

12. Data Protection

Details regarding data processing are contained in the separate Privacy Policy.

By finalizing the booking, the guest accepts the data processing terms.

13. Closing Provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

By completing the booking, the guest accepts the GTC.
