The Data Controller processes the data provided during online booking for the purpose of recording,
confirming and fulfilling the booking.

6. Online payment

Online payments are processed with the involvement of an external service provider.

Payment service provider: Stripe

The Data Controller transfers the data necessary for payment to the service provider.
The Data Controller does not have access to bank card details.

The payment service provider's own privacy notice shall apply.

7. CCTV monitoring

A CCTV system operates on the premises of the accommodation for property protection purposes.

The cameras monitor only common and external areas (e.g. the courtyard, parking area and entrance).
The cameras do not record audio and are not directed at living areas.

Retention period of recordings: no more than 3–7 days.

Only the Data Controller has access to the recordings, and they are not disclosed to third parties,
except where required by law.
