GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The wellness area may only be used by adults.
2. The use of the wellness facilities is at the Guest's own risk.
3. Violation of these rules may result in immediate exclusion and an obligation to compensate for damages.
4. The use of the wellness facilities is at the Guest's own risk; by using them, the Guest confirms that they have become aware of the risks and are fit to use the facilities based on their health condition.
By using the wellness facilities, the Guest declares that they have read and accepted these rules.

HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

1. Thorough showering is mandatory before using any wellness facility.
2. The use of sunscreen, body lotion, oil, make-up and other cosmetics is prohibited.
3. Food, drinks and glass are not permitted in the wellness area.
4. Violation of the hygiene rules may result in charges for water replacement or disinfection.

USE OF JACUZZIS (3)

ATTENTION! THE JACUZZI AREA IS UNSUPERVISED!

The use of the jacuzzi is entirely at the Guest's own risk.
1. There are 3 separate jacuzzis on the property. Guests staying in the apartments may use only the jacuzzi designated for their apartment.
2. A maximum of 2 persons may use a jacuzzi at the same time. SHOWERING IS MANDATORY before use.
3. The jacuzzi must not be used in case of illness or contagious disease.
4. Use is not permitted with open wounds or skin conditions.
5. The jacuzzi may only be used while wearing clean swimwear.
6. Bringing food or drinks into the jacuzzi is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
7. The jacuzzis are intended solely for rest and relaxation.
8. Adjusting or removing the jets, headrests or control panels without permission is prohibited.
9. DO NOT sit, stand or jump on the edge.
10. If the jacuzzi water is contaminated (oil, sunscreen, bubble bath, soap), the water must be replaced and the cost shall be borne by the Guest.
11. The thermal cover must always be replaced after use.
12. The use of the jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol or any mind-altering substance is strictly prohibited.
13. Smart water analysis device: The jacuzzi contains a high-value automatic water quality monitoring device. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to remove, lift, move or handle the device in any way, as the sensors may dry out and be damaged when outside the water. It is also prohibited to sit on it, step on it, dismantle it or use it for playing. In the event of damage to the device, the user shall be responsible for the resulting costs.

USE OF SWIMMING POOL (1)

ATTENTION! THE SWIMMING POOL AREA IS UNSUPERVISED!

The pool may be used by the Guest's own risk.
1. A maximum of 4 persons may use the swimming pool at the same time. Showering is mandatory before use.
2. The swimming pool must not be used in case of illness or contagious disease.
3. Jumping or diving into the swimming pool is strictly prohibited.
4. Only clean swimwear may be worn in the swimming pool.
5. In the event of intentional or negligent contamination of the water, the Guest shall bear the cost of water replacement and cleaning.
6. Running or sliding around the swimming pool is prohibited.
7. Tampering with the technical equipment of the swimming pool is prohibited.
8. The use of the swimming pool under the influence of alcohol or any mind-altering substance is strictly prohibited.

USE OF INFRARED SAUNAS (3)

ATTENTION! THE SAUNA AREA IS UNSUPERVISED!

The use of the sauna is entirely at the the Guest's own risk.
1. The infrared sauna may only be used by persons in good health, with a maximum of 2 persons at a time.
2. Showering is mandatory before using the sauna, and a towel must be used in the sauna.
3. The recommended maximum usage time is 20–30 minutes.
4. Adjusting the control unit without permission is prohibited.
5. The use of the sauna under the influence of alcohol or any mind-altering substance is prohibited.

LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES

1. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the wellness facilities.
2. Compensation covers repair, replacement, disinfection, water replacement and servicing costs.
3. Any damage will be documented.

IMMEDIATE EXCLUSION

The Service Provider is entitled to immediately exclude the Guest from the use of the wellness facilities and from the accommodation in the event of a violation of the rules.
